Two videos of female students in Lang Son fighting are causing a stir.

TPO - Due to conflicts and frustrations about comments on social networks, 3 female students in Lang Son made an appointment to fight on a deserted road, causing a stir in public opinion.

The incident was posted on social media around the afternoon of July 5, including two videos about 1 minute long recording the scene of female students beating a female student. Two young women repeatedly slapped the face and kicked the victim in the private area. Afterwards, the victim was forced to kneel and apologize. In addition to the two female students who participated in the beating, many other students gathered around to cheer on the violence and used their cell phones to record and post it on social media.

Upon receiving the news, the police of Luong Van Tri ward, Lang Son province, began investigating. The above mentioned fight and scuffle occurred on Deo Van Vi street, Luong Van Tri ward. The police identified the two female students who beat their friend as NHT, born in 2008, and HTML, born in 2007; both residing in Luong Van Tri ward, who used their hands and feet to attack NPL, born in 2009. The cause was due to words on social networks, leading to the students making an appointment to meet in a deserted area to resolve the conflict. The local authorities called, investigated, and handled the people involved.

Lang Son police warned that the people involved in the fight were all minors, influenced by many factors (social networks, violent movies, etc.), and had thoughtless behaviors, leading to unfortunate incidents. They requested that schools and parents do a good job of educating children as well as promptly reporting information so that the police can proactively handle the situation, avoiding unfortunate incidents from happening.
