Mr. Phu affirmed that the VFF and Vinmec International General Hospital will closely coordinate with the coaching staff and doctors at the team and club to create the best conditions for the striker during his recovery process.

After a sprint and an attempt to pass the ball, he landed in the wrong position and had to leave the field in pain. The examination results determined that he had broken his fibula and tibia, requiring a complex surgery.

Sharing about Xuan Son's treatment, doctors at Vinmec Hospital said that he is currently recovering well and actively. Doctors will design a home training plan and closely monitor the recovery process to ensure the striker's ability to return to training and competing. Xuan Son will be discharged from the hospital and continue his recovery at home from tomorrow (January 24).
