1.2 million Dong Nai students enter new school year

(DN) - This morning (September 5), along with nearly 26 million students nationwide, 1.2 million students in Dong Nai entered the new school year with a special opening ceremony. This is the first time that all educational institutions nationwide will salute the flag and sing the National Anthem at the same time during the opening ceremony of the new school year. This school year is also the first year that the whole province implements the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, opening a new development period for the education and training sector.

In the 2025-2026 school year, Tri An High School will have a total of 33 classes with 1,381 students. The school's staff of 79 teachers and staff includes 79 people.

In addition to completing professional tasks well, in the 2024-2025 school year, the school mobilized alumni and organizations to award scholarships to students in difficult circumstances with 136 scholarships, worth 165.5 million VND. For many consecutive years, the school has been awarded a certificate of merit for its outstanding achievements, leading the voluntary blood donation movement in the locality.

On this occasion, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee Tran Trung Nhan represented the province in presenting 50 scholarships from the provincial budget to the school's excellent students (VND 1 million/scholarship). In addition, the philanthropists and the Alumni Association of Tri An High School presented 90 scholarships, with a total value of VND 95 million, to the school's excellent students.
