25 subjects organized illegal drug use at the karaoke bar security guard's house

25 subjects were organizing illegal drug use in the security house of a karaoke bar when they were discovered and arrested by the authorities.

Through the work of grasping the situation and coordinating the investigation, at about 1:00 a.m. on June 4, 2023, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, the Mobile Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, Ha Trung District Police and Bim Son Town Police coordinated to arrest 25 subjects who were organizing illegal drug use at the security house of the Hoang Gia karaoke bar in Ha Vinh commune (Ha Trung) owned by Truong Minh Hieu, born in 1992.

Drug users were caught red-handed.

At the scene, the police seized 6 plastic bags containing ecstasy and synthetic drugs (ketamine), a white ceramic plate with many synthetic drugs in candy form on it, and many other related exhibits.

According to the initial investigation documents of the police agency, the leaders of this drug trafficking and illegal drug use ring are Luong Van Cuong, born in 1986 in Ha Vinh commune, Ha Trung district and Nguyen Thang Thien, born in 1983 in Lam Son ward, Bim Son town. These are notorious subjects with many criminal records, often going to Tam Diep town, Ninh Binh province to buy drugs to bring to the boarding house to sell to addicts and bring them to Truong Minh Hieu's karaoke bar to organize use.

Searching the boarding house of Luong Van Cuong and Nguyen Thang Thien, the police seized 19 packages of synthetic drugs (ketamine) and many other related exhibits.

The case is under investigation and further investigation.
