The first Him Lam Plaza Tet flower market had 60 booths of units and individuals trading in flowers and Tet decoration products, feng shui items, and ornamental plants in the area. In particular, the booths focused on selling ornamental plants and Tet flowers, such as: Cymbidium, kumquat, rose tea, daisy... along with OCOP, VietGAP, and GlobalGAP products of businesses in the province.

The flower market not only creates a gathering place, helping people shop more conveniently and easily; but also an environment for units, businesses and individuals to exchange, share experiences, increase opportunities to find customers, expand the market for products. At the same time, it contributes to promoting the image of Dien Bien tourism , bringing the province's specialty products directly to consumers.
