Participating in the training , cadres and civil servants of the agencies were informed of 5 topics including: Implementing the process of proposing, identifying, and releasing state secrets, implementation methods, and issues to note; the process of receiving and transferring state secrets; adjusting the level of confidentiality, declassifying, and implementing Article 28 of the Law on Protection of State Secrets; copying, photographing, destroying, and storing state secrets and issues to note; using forms and procedures in the work of protecting state secrets, and skills in advising and implementing tasks related to the work of protecting state secrets.
Through training to raise awareness of responsibility of agency heads and cadres, civil servants, employees, and those assigned to concurrently work on protecting state secrets. Provide guidance and answer questions, problems, and legal knowledge on protecting state secrets. Organize full and serious implementation of state secret protection work in accordance with procedures and regulations of the law ; contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of state secret protection work in the coming time.
