On September 4, Mr. Nguyen Ho Hai, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, and provincial leaders attended the inauguration ceremony and announced the decision that Tan Bang Secondary and High School (Bien Bach Commune, Ca Mau) met national standards.
Established in 2016 on the basis of merging Tan Bang High School and Le Hoang Tha Secondary School, the facilities of Tan Bang Secondary School - High School have been in a state of disarray for many years, lacking classrooms, functional areas, and many items have been degraded. That makes maintaining the quality of education a big challenge and the "national standard" criterion is always a distant goal.

Since then, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai and former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Nghi (currently Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee) have connected and mobilized Cityland Real Estate Investment Company Limited (Cityland Group) and Thien Nhan Association of Ho Chi Minh City to sponsor 20 billion VND to invest in the construction of items such as: 10 new classrooms, fences, canopies, stages, experimental areas, practice rooms, etc.
After only 5 months of construction, the project was completed and inaugurated right before the opening day of the new school year 2025 - 2026.

In addition, Mr. Bui Manh Hung, Chairman of the Cityland Group Founding Council, Chairman of Thien Nhan Association in Ho Chi Minh City, announced 20 more full scholarships with living expenses support worth 2.4 billion VND for Tan Bang students. They will study at Hotel Academy Phu Quoc ( An Giang ), receive Swiss-standard vocational certificates and be guaranteed job opportunities after training.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Luan, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, said that this is a great joy for Tan Bang teachers and students, and at the same time a spiritual encouragement for the local education sector.

Responding to the call of the provincial leaders, Mr. Do Tuan Thanh, a philanthropist, through the connection of Mr. Bui Manh Hung, continued to commit to sponsor 500 million VND to build a toilet system in schools in Ca Mau.
