In order to promptly deploy legal documents on the organization of two-level local government; decentralization, delegation of power and determination of authority, on July 23, 2025, the Department of Justice of Lam Dong province coordinated with the Department of Justice of Khanh Hoa province to organize a conference to foster skills and expertise in the judicial field for provincial and commune-level officials and civil servants (new) after the arrangement.

In Lam Dong province, there are 3 centralized bridge points organized by the Department of Justice of Lam Dong province at 3 Halls: Department of Justice of Lam Dong province, Department of Justice of Binh Thuan province (old) and Department of Justice of Dak Nong province (old) and bridge points at communes, wards and special zones in the province.

At the Conference, the Ministry of Justice's reporter will train provincial and communal officials and civil servants on the contents of instructions for performing tasks in the field of the judiciary when organizing two-level local governments such as: Fostering skills in building, inspecting, and reviewing legal documents; handling administrative violations.

At the same time, explaining, guiding, and removing difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process at the local level... helps ensure unified operations, contributing to improving the effectiveness of document work at the local level when implementing a two-level government.
