Thus, enterprises and people will know what scale of projects are under the authority of the People's Committees at commune level and provincial level for approval so that they can contact for implementation.

In addition, businesses and people hope that the People's Committees of communes, wards and new provinces will have detailed and specific instructions for each content of implementing administrative procedures related to land, planning, construction, etc. so that everything can go smoothly. The above quick procedures will create favorable conditions for businesses and households to develop the economy and contribute more to economic growth. After merging Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc , the new Dong Nai will have over 70 thousand businesses.
