The products are processed from 100% Vietnamese agricultural ingredients, produced according to ISO 22000:2018 standard process, preserving the natural medicinal properties, safe for health.
Ky Nhu Cooperative currently has 14 products made from snakehead fish; of which 7 products from snakehead fish with the Ky Nhu brand are recognized as achieving 4-star OCOP at the provincial level such as Ky Nhu lemongrass and chili boneless snakehead fish, Ky Nhu flavored boneless snakehead fish, 100% grated snakehead fish, Ky Nhu fried snakehead fish patties, Ky Nhu fresh snakehead fish patties, Ky Nhu flavored snakehead fish patties, 200-gram box of snakehead fish crackers, wild bitter melon with snakehead fish patties, Ky Nhu sun-dried snakehead fish (dried bland).

On the evening of September 15, at the Ninh Binh Provincial Sports Center, the opening ceremony of the Red River Delta - Ninh Binh Industry and Trade Fair 2025 took place. The fair has more than 300 booths from provinces and cities across the country, displaying a variety of product groups: industrial goods, agricultural products - processed foods, OCOP products, handicrafts, essential consumer goods... The fair not only promotes the brands and products of Can Tho enterprises to consumers in the North, but also opens up many opportunities for trade cooperation and investment promotion.
