Termination of operation of nearly 800 billion entertainment project in Quy Nhon

The above mentioned amusement park project was invested by Phu Son Thuan Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. The project was terminated because the investor did not deposit or did not guarantee the deposit obligation as prescribed by law for investment projects subject to investment project implementation guarantee.

After the project is terminated, the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board will request Phu Son Thuan Company to complete the procedures for liquidating the investment project and fulfill the investor's obligations.

Previously, in mid-2022, the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board decided to approve Phu Son Thuan Construction Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor to implement the Thi Nai Lagoon Amusement Park project with an investment capital of nearly VND 795 billion. The project is implemented in Nhon Hoi commune (Quy Nhon city) with a total area of ​​30.4 hectares. The project implementation progress is 36 months from the date the investor is decided to allocate and lease land.

According to the plan, Thi Nai lagoon entertainment area includes entertainment facilities: paintball games, sand sliding, water park games, wharf, water sports games on the lagoon, outdoor adventure games, indoor games and entertainment...

The completed Thi Nai lagoon entertainment complex promises to be a high-class entertainment complex, contributing to diversifying types of tourism and services, creating a new push in attracting tourists to Binh Dinh. However, up to now, this project has only brought disappointment to the people of Binh Dinh.
