On the morning of July 30, the People's Committee of Vinh Thanh commune held a groundbreaking ceremony to build a new house for the family of Mr. Truong Van Chin (born in 1951, residing in Vinh Tuong hamlet). This is an activity with profound humanitarian meaning, demonstrating the local government's concern for households in difficult circumstances.

Through a survey, the commune authorities found that Mr. Chin’s house had seriously deteriorated and posed a potential danger during the rainy and stormy season. Faced with this situation, the Commune People’s Committee mobilized organizations and units to support the rebuilding of a safe and solid home for his family.

Vice Chairman of Vinh Thanh Commune People's Committee Le Hoang An requested the locality to continue to accompany and support Mr. Chin's family throughout the house building process.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, representatives of Vinh Cuong Cooperative donated 50 million VND to support the cost of building a house for Mr. Truong Van Chin's family. This is not only material support but also a source of spiritual encouragement, helping the family to be more confident in overcoming difficulties and stabilizing their lives.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Hoang An, Vice Chairman of Vinh Thanh Commune People's Committee, hoped that the new house would be a solid foundation, helping Mr. Chin's family settle down, work and improve their lives. At the same time, he called on local departments, branches and organizations to continue to accompany and support the family during the construction process to ensure progress, quality and safety.

In recent times, Vinh Thanh commune has always paid attention to implementing social security work well, especially supporting housing for poor and near-poor households under the Government 's program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses". Up to now, the locality has completed the program's targets. However, there are still some households with housing difficulties but are not poor or near-poor. With the spirit of "leaving no one behind", the commune is actively mobilizing social resources to continue supporting these cases.
