About 70% of the site of the Provincial Road 25B Upgrade Project has been handed over.

(DN) - According to the Dong Nai Province Construction Investment Project Management Board, currently, the Provincial Road 25B Upgrade Project (section from the center of the old Nhon Trach district to National Highway 51) has been handed over about 70% of the construction site.

For the remaining area, the Land Fund Development Center, Long Thanh branch and Nhon Trach branch are continuing to carry out compensation and site clearance procedures.

Regarding construction work, the project is implementing a construction package with an implementation value of about 110 billion VND, reaching more than 13% of the signed contract value. The project is also implementing a package to relocate the electrical technical infrastructure system to serve the construction.

Regarding the relocation of technical infrastructure systems serving the project construction, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board also recommended that Dong Nai Water Supply Joint Stock Company speed up the construction progress of relocating the D600 water supply pipeline within the sidewalk on the left side of the road.

The Provincial Road 25B Upgrade Project has a route length of more than 9.2km, passing through Long Thanh and Nhon Trach communes, Dong Nai province. The project will upgrade the section of Provincial Road 25B to a completed cross-section of 80m. The project has a total investment of nearly 1.5 trillion VND. This project will start construction in early 2025 and will be basically completed by the end of 2025, put into synchronous operation in 2026.

This is a particularly important project to connect traffic according to the planning, gradually complete the infrastructure, contribute to socio -economic development according to the general planning orientation of Nhon Trach new urban area. At the same time, promote investment efficiency for projects that have been and are being invested, create new development space, exploit land use potential, build a sustainable and modern urban system.

This is also one of the important projects serving traffic connection for Long Thanh International Airport. According to the plan, Long Thanh Airport Project has 2 routes T1 and T2 that play a role in connecting with the main traffic axes in the area to connect traffic for the airport.

In particular, route T1 will connect with National Highway 51 and provincial routes 25B, 25C, then connect with Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway and Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City which are being invested and constructed. From there, it will play a role in connecting Long Thanh Airport with Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces in the Southwest region; at the same time, share traffic pressure for the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway.
