Highlights of the art program "Vietnam 80 years of aspiration for power"

This is one of the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Speaking at the program, Vice Chairman of Hoan Kiem Ward People's Committee Nguyen Hong Trang affirmed that over the past 80 years, under the leadership of the Party, our country has overcome countless difficulties and challenges, from the arduous years of resistance to the cause of innovation, integration and development today.

During that historical process, the Party Committee, government and people of Hoan Kiem ward always maintained the tradition of patriotism, solidarity and creativity, contributing to beautifying the glorious history of the heroic capital - a thousand years of civilization.

The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem Ward said that on the occasion of the anniversary, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoan Kiem Ward has carried out many practical and meaningful activities, such as: Organizing "Repaying gratitude" activities to visit and give gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services; taking care of and repairing works honoring martyrs; organizing incense offerings and visiting martyr cemeteries to express deep gratitude...

In addition, the people in the ward decorated with flags and flowers, creating a brilliant space with bright red flags, spreading and creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, fostering love for the homeland, and fostering national pride among the people.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Trang believes that, promoting historical traditions, the Party Committee, government and people of Hoan Kiem ward are willing to continue to unite and promote the thousand-year-old cultural identity of the capital, joining hands to build Hoan Kiem increasingly civilized, modern, rich and beautiful, worthy of being the heart of Hanoi and the pride of the whole country.

The art program “Vietnam 80 years of aspiration for power” includes 3 chapters: Memories of autumn 1945 - recreating the vibrant atmosphere of the day the Fatherland rose up to gain independence; Determined to die for the Fatherland - expressing gratitude to the generations who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation, so that Hanoi and the country would last forever and the Capital would firmly step into a new era - expressing the belief, pride and aspiration of the people of the Capital in general and the people of Hoan Kiem ward in particular in the journey of building a prosperous and powerful country.
