Commenting on reports on the implementation of the Constitution, laws, and resolutions of the Government, the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme People's Procuracy , the National Assembly Standing Committee assessed that in the past term, the agencies had completed an exceptionally large amount of work related to legislation, law-making, and law enforcement, promptly creating synchronization and meeting the requirements of national development. It was recommended that the agencies continue to innovate their thinking in law-making, strengthen decentralization and delegation of power. In particular, it is necessary to promote the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence in law-making as the National Assembly has done very successfully, contributing to the completion of a huge amount of work in the last two sessions.

Also today, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the President and the Government's 2021-2026 term summary reports. It gave opinions on the draft revised Law on Deposit Insurance, the draft Law on Savings and Wastefulness, which comprehensively revised the Law on Thrift Practice and Wastefulness Prevention. The National Assembly Standing Committee also gave opinions on the draft Law on E-commerce and a number of issues related to the central budget.
