Tour guide career connection forum

(CT) - On August 19, Can Tho City Tourism Association coordinated with SPTC Short-term Vocational Training Center and SPTC Training Company Limited to organize the program "Talkshow about career - journey of inbound - outbound tour guides".

This is one of the activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Can Tho City Tourism Association (September 1, 2005 - September 1, 2025). The program aims to create a forum for exchange, connection, and career orientation for young people who love the tourism industry, especially the tour guide profession. At the same time, it creates opportunities for connection between Can Tho City Tourism Association, tourism businesses, training units and the labor force in the tourism industry, gradually contributing to improving the quality of tourism human resources in Can Tho and the Mekong Delta region.

The program has many activities: exchanging topics about inbound tourism (welcoming international visitors to Vietnam) and outbound tourism (taking visitors abroad), sharing practical experiences and how to handle situations, soft skills when leading tours, meeting and exchanging job opportunities between businesses and students...
