Gia Lai announces 6 internal administrative procedures in the field of cultivation and plant protection

(GLO)- Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Rah Lan Chung has just signed and issued Decision No. 588/QD-UBND on promulgating internal administrative procedures in the field of cultivation and plant protection in the state administrative system in the province.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to announce 6 internal administrative procedures in the field of cultivation and plant protection in the state administrative system under the management scope of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, including: Announcing plant pests under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee; Announcing the end of plant pests under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee; Issuing a Plan to convert the structure of crops and livestock on rice-growing land in the whole province; Issuing a List of plant species belonging to perennial plants with certified ownership rights in the province; Making plans and projects to develop concentrated commodity production areas; Identifying and announcing production areas on sloping land, low-lying land, acid sulfate soil, saline soil, coastal sandy soil and land at risk of desertification and aridification.

At the same time, abolish administrative procedures from serial numbers 47, 48, 49, 50 Part I and items IX, X Part II of the Appendix of internal administrative procedures issued with Decision No. 799/QD-UBND dated December 13, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on promulgating internal administrative procedures in the provincial state administrative system.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for publicizing internal administrative procedures on the National Database of Administrative Procedures and organizing implementation according to regulations.

The Decision also specifies the content and implementation process of the above-mentioned internal administrative procedures.

This Decision comes into force from the date of signing.
