DNVN - Phuong Dat General Clinic (Quy Nhon Ward, Gia Lai) was suspended due to not meeting human resource requirements, unrelated to complaints about service prices.

According to the decision issued on July 9, the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health has suspended all professional activities of Phuong Dat General Clinic (under Phuong Dat Investment Company Limited).

The reason for the suspension is because the clinic does not have enough practitioners appropriate to the scope of professional activities and scale that has been licensed.

Phuong Dat General Clinic is suffering heavy public criticism.

The suspension takes effect immediately and will only be lifted when Phuong Dat Clinic completes the correction of the above violations, submits a full report to Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health for consideration and allows resumption of operations in writing.

Gia Lai Province Department of Health said that the suspension of Phuong Dat Clinic is not related to the information reflecting service prices that is spreading online. The Department has directed an investigation to clarify this issue, and when the results are available, they will be publicly announced on mass media to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved.

This move demonstrates the seriousness in medical professional management, and is also a warning to private medical facilities to comply with professional regulations, ensuring safety and quality of service for the people.
