Au Lac Grand Prize worth 1 million USD in Vietnam's AI field

FPT Corporation has just announced the Au Lac Grand Prize, with a total value of 1 million USD. This is the largest prize in Vietnam in the field of AI.

FPT Corporation has just announced the Au Lac Grand Prize, with a total value of 1 million USD. This is the largest prize in Vietnam in the field of AI, honoring AI products and solutions developed and mastered by Vietnamese people, while affirming the aspiration to build a technologically autonomous nation.

The Au Lac Grand Prize is expected to be awarded for 3 consecutive years, starting from 2026. The awarded products and solutions are AI products that create breakthroughs for the socio -economy, with positive and sustainable impacts on the community.

The award is sponsored by the Au Lac AI Alliance, with the participation of a professional council including leaders, experts, businesses and the domestic and international technology community.

In addition to the prize money of 1 million USD, the winning individuals and organizations will also receive advice and support from FPT and the Au Lac AI Alliance to expand their influence domestically and internationally.

Mr. Truong Gia Binh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT Corporation, shared that FPT wishes to contribute to helping Vietnam create technological sovereignty - a new pillar in the digital age and hopes that the award will become a symbol of creativity and dedication, bringing Vietnamese AI to the world.

To date, FPT Corporation has trained 1,700 students majoring in AI and aims to train AI skills for 500,000 people by 2030.
