According to Mr. Cuong, during the festival, there will be many tourists flocking to Hanoi, so the department has also directed schools in the inner city, especially those on the parade route, to open their doors to provide free restrooms and resting places for everyone and tourists during the event.

The Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training said that the department will issue a document directing schools on this issue.

According to the plan, the first parade rehearsal will take place at 8:00 p.m. on August 21, the second will take place at 8:00 p.m. on August 24, 2025, the preliminary parade rehearsal will take place at 8:00 p.m. on August 27, and the general parade rehearsal will take place at 6:30 a.m. on August 30.
