Instructions for paying university and college entrance exam fees according to merged provinces and cities

(Dan Tri) - From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, candidates registering for university and college admission must pay fees online via the National Public Service Portal.

Candidates pay the admission fee online from now until 5:00 p.m. on August 5. The Ministry of Education and Training will divide the fee payment date by locality to avoid overloading the system.

Specifically, the schedule for paying admission fees in provinces and cities is divided by time as follows:

From 0:00 on July 29 to 17:00 on July 30: Hanoi, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang (formerly Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang), Lao Cai (formerly Lao Cai and Yen Bai ), Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La.

From 0:00 on July 30 to 17:00 on July 31: Thai Nguyen (former Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan), Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho (former Phu Tho, Hoa Binh, Vinh Phuc), Bac Ninh (former Bac Ninh and Bac Giang ), Hai Phong (former Hai Phong and Hai Duong).

Payment intermediary organizations: Other banks via VNPT Money, Vietnam Post, Ngan Luong, Payoo, Napas, HPay.

Mobile payment channel: VNPT Mobile Money.

Candidates need to remember the registration deadlines for 2025 (Source: Ministry of Education and Training).

All admission requests of candidates to the school are processed on the system and each candidate is only admitted to the highest request among the registered requests when ensuring the admission conditions.

After receiving the benchmark scores, successful candidates must confirm their admission on the system, no later than 5:30 p.m. on August 30.

The Ministry requires schools not to organize admissions before August 22. Additional admission rounds start from September 1 until the end of the year.
