On June 24, a representative of Vinh University ( Nghe An ) said that the school had just issued a disciplinary warning to two staff members for their inappropriate behavior towards students.
The two people disciplined are Mr. Dinh Xuan Duc - Specialist, Student Management Assistant of the Pedagogical School and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Quyen - Specialist, Head of One-Stop Department of General Administration Department.

Previously, a Facebook account posted on the Vinh University Student Group accusing a school specialist of inappropriate behavior when a female student of K65 came to withdraw her transcript for notarization. Accordingly, when the female student came as scheduled, Mr. Quyen had inappropriate behavior and words, exceeding the limit towards the student.
After the article was published and shared, Vinh University temporarily suspended Mr. Quyen from work to verify the incident.
A few days later, another account continued to post another article on this group, along with a screenshot of a text message to accuse another officer, Mr. Dinh Xuan Duc, the school's student management assistant, of repeatedly calling and texting "sexually soliciting" messages.

After learning about the incident, Vinh University established an inspection team to verify the incident. The results showed that the actions of Mr. Duc and Mr. Quyen were substandard, seriously affecting the honor and reputation of the school. Therefore, the school decided to issue disciplinary warnings to these two officers.
