On June 19, the Provincial People's Committee issued decisions to extend land use for Dong Nai Construction and Materials Investment Joint Stock Company (the company) to serve the purpose of mineral exploitation at Tan Cang 5 Quarry, Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City.

That is, Decision No. 2059/QD-UBND on extending land use when the land use term expires with an area of ​​over 49 thousand m². Decision No. 2058/QD-UBND on extending land use when the land use term expires with an area of ​​over 10.8 thousand m². Decision No. 2057/QD-UBND on extending land use when the land use term expires with an area of ​​8.7 thousand m² and Decision No. 2056/QD-UBND on extending land use when the land use term expires with an area of ​​over 24.2 thousand m².

The above decisions all show that the land lease term of the province is until January 1, 2030. The form of land lease by the State is annual payment, the rental price is 3 million VND/ ^m2 .

The Provincial People's Committee requires the company to be responsible for paying land rent, fees, and charges according to regulations; using land for the right purpose and within the right boundaries; strictly complying with the provisions of the law on land, environmental protection, water resources, construction and other relevant legal provisions.
