Accordingly, the 4th contest aims to continue affirming the important role of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints in the new situation. At the same time, raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members and people; detect, train and foster skills for subjects, form a widespread network to firmly protect the Party's ideological foundation, effectively fight against and refute erroneous and hostile viewpoints...

Contestants are Vietnamese people at home and abroad, foreigners with political works that meet the criteria of the contest... For written works, each author or group of authors can submit a maximum of 2 works, including: 1 political article in magazine format and 1 political article in newspaper, print or electronic format. For audio and visual works, each author or group of authors can submit a maximum of 3 works, including: 1 radio work, 1 television work, 1 video work. Contest entries must be original creative works that have not been published in the media or social networks before the contest launch. The deadline for receiving applications and contest entries is July 15, 2024.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang suggested that after the press conference, the provincial and municipal Party Committees, agencies and units need to develop plans and respond to the contest; organize the selection of excellent and quality works to participate in the contest.
