However, after transferring the money to the teachers, the school board asked each teacher to return 1.5 million VND for the year-end party, minor repairs, Tet decorations... The entire amount of 33 million VND collected was returned by the treasurer to the principal.

The collection of money was agreed upon by the staff and teachers, but the board of directors did not make a list of the collected money and did not publicly disclose details of the expenditure.

Similarly, in April, the school also paid 1 million VND/person to support the April 30 and May 1 holidays for teachers and staff. After that, the school board asked the teachers and staff to pay back 800,000 VND/person. The total amount collected by the school board was 16.8 million VND.
