Based on the survey of crossroads, shortcuts and connection points with National Highway 18, traffic routes where activities and events on the sidelines of the congress take place, the Traffic Police Department also coordinates with the police of communes, wards, special zones and functional forces to strictly maintain security and order measures, effectively combat and prevent violations of the law and all types of crimes.

At the same time, continue to effectively exploit data from the installed security camera system to serve the work of ensuring security and order.

Traffic police and other forces arranged many working groups to ensure traffic safety on routes transporting delegates and at places where activities and events on the sidelines of the congress took place.

Currently, the entire plan to ensure security and order, traffic safety for the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term has been seriously prepared by the Quang Ninh Provincial Police. The Provincial Police Director also requested all officers and soldiers to uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly implement internal regulations, maintain proper etiquette and manners; and be determined to ensure the 16th Provincial Party Congress takes place safely and successfully.
