On the evening of January 5, right after the Vietnam National Football Team won 3-2 against the Thailand National Football Team in the second leg of the final match of the ASEAN Mitsubishi Electric Cup 2024 at Rajamangala Stadium (Bangkok, Thailand) with a total score of 5-3, winning the Southeast Asian football championship for the third time in history, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent his congratulations to the entire coaching staff and the Vietnamese team.
