Effective implementation of power projects

Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has issued a document directing relevant departments, branches, localities and units to implement the Adjusted Power Plan VIII and the Plan to implement the Adjusted Power Plan VIII.

Specifically, functional agencies and localities organize the synchronous and effective implementation of power source projects, power grid projects and rural and mountainous electricity supply programs in the province included in the Adjustment of the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 (Adjustment of Power Plan VIII), Plan for implementing the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 (Plan for implementing the adjusted Power Plan VIII), and Provincial Planning.

Update the list of power sources and grids in the Provincial Planning and technical and specialized planning such as: construction planning, urban planning, rural planning, land use planning at provincial and district levels to organize space as a basis for implementing investment in construction of power projects; select investors of power projects according to authority, arrange land funds to develop power works according to regulations of law; preside over and closely coordinate with investors to implement site clearance, compensation, migration and resettlement for power source and grid projects according to regulations.

At the same time, supervise investors to properly implement the progress of power source and grid projects, ensuring that the projects are put into operation on schedule according to the plan.

In addition to the above tasks, sectors and localities shall study and implement tasks and solutions in the Adjusted Power Plan VIII and the Plan for implementing the adjusted Power Plan VIII to ensure effectiveness and suitability with assigned functions and tasks.

Well implement information and propaganda work to people and businesses about the Adjustment of Power Plan VIII and the Plan to implement the Adjusted Power Plan VIII in the province.

At the same time, strengthen and improve inspection, examination and supervision work, promptly detect, correct and handle violations, prevent violations in the process of planning, project investment policies, land lease, construction and project implementation; conduct auctions of land use rights, bidding to select investors according to regulations of land law, ensure efficiency, increase state budget revenue...

For the transitional tasks after the district-level suspension of operations, the Provincial People's Committee requests relevant agencies and units to be responsible for receiving the tasks of the District People's Committee according to the plan and project for arranging administrative units and arranging public service units approved by competent authorities.
