Reaching out and supporting the people of Lau village in Western Nghe An after days of isolation due to floods

Lau Village (Tuong Duong Commune) is one of four villages completely isolated after the historic flood on July 22. After days of complete isolation, on the morning of July 26, relief teams were able to reach the village to support the local people.

Luckier than other families, Mr. Kha Van Hung's family (a resident of Lau village) had a boat, so when they saw the water rising, they were able to move some important items.
