Many students involved in studying and taking exams for others may be forced to drop out of school.
On May 24, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade issued a warning about the situation of students taking exams on behalf of others.
This warning was issued due to the fact that the school has discovered and is handling many cases of students taking attendance, studying, doing homework and taking exams for others in recent times.
"These are serious violations of the school's credit training regulations and student work regulations as well as other relevant legal regulations, causing many negative public opinions and affecting the quality of education and training in the school," said the notice signed by the Vice Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade.
Therefore, to prevent, prevent and strictly handle the above-mentioned acts, the school requests that functional units and students strictly implement the regulations on attendance in classes, follow the procedures for organizing tests and final exams, and compare information on the exam software, citizen identification cards, and student cards of exam takers.

The school also regulates disciplinary actions for students who violate the rules of studying for someone else, taking exams for someone else, and taking exams for someone else. In the case of studying for someone else, both the person who asked to study for someone else and the person who took the exam for someone else will be disciplined. For the first violation, the person who asked to study for someone else will receive a zero for that subject and be brought to the disciplinary council for punishment ranging from reprimand to warning for the entire school.
The person who studies for someone else will also be brought to the disciplinary council for handling from reprimand to warning for the entire school if they are students; or coordinate with relevant units to bring them to the disciplinary council for handling according to regulations if they are not students of the school. If there is a second violation in the entire course, the person who studies for someone else will not only receive a zero score for the subject, but will also be brought to the disciplinary council for handling in the form of temporary suspension from school, and a notice will be sent to the locality and family. The person who studies for someone else will also be handled at the same level, if they are not students, they can be handed over to the competent authority for handling according to the law.
