Heads of units need to closely monitor the developments and consequences of storm No. 10 and seriously and effectively implement the directions and instructions of the Central Government, the city and local authorities in natural disaster prevention and search and rescue. Regularly monitor warnings, forecasts and developments of weather and natural disasters to proactively prevent, respond and overcome the consequences of natural disasters and incidents.
Based on weather and natural disaster situations, proactively review and prepare plans to deploy disaster response measures according to the four-on-the-spot principle, suitable to school conditions, review the green tree system on campus, if detecting perennial trees at risk of falling, it must be reported for timely handling.

In case it cannot be done immediately, there must be a danger warning and contact with a professional agency to handle it as soon as possible with a plan and promptly move assets, machinery, equipment, tables, chairs, records, books to a safe place, ensuring no damage, breakage, loss, and minimizing damage caused by the storm.
Units and educational establishments affected by the storm with boarding students need to closely manage students, their movement must be coordinated between the school and family according to the plan and direction of the local authorities, ensuring absolute safety. At the same time, prepare enough drinking water, food and provisions to meet the living needs of students staying at school during heavy rains.
In units and educational establishments affected by storms and floods where students cannot go to school to study and live, units proactively develop appropriate plans and forms of learning. Proactively clean the environment, clean classrooms, overcome the consequences of natural disasters, ensure safety, cleanliness, and prevent epidemics in schools.
The leaders of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training require schools to absolutely not organize extracurricular activities or group activities, especially in areas at risk of flooding and landslides. Establish an information channel with parents to manage students when participating in local activities, minimizing the risks that may occur due to the consequences of storms and floods.
