According to experts, in Vietnam, AI is being widely applied in many fields. In the field of content production, nearly 75% of content creators believe that AI will become a major factor in the workplace in the coming years, and 86% said that AI helps them save 1 hour per day (according to a survey by HubSpot).

Today, using AI in the workplace allows content creation activities to take place continuously at low cost, simple, easy to understand, and especially personalized and customized based on preferences and needs.

However, many users have difficulty getting used to and using this application. Therefore, it is necessary to build a process to integrate many different applications to determine the pioneering direction and attract users.

As AI becomes more popular, it also hides potential shortcomings and risks. Mr. Pham An Thien, Marketing Director, VIHAT Group, emphasized that when users still believe that "AI will replace humans", they easily fall into a "trap". When they do not know how to use it, they easily become afraid of AI. When they know how to use it, they believe that AI is "omnipotent". And when they use it regularly, they easily misjudge AI's capabilities.

“We should have the right mindset about AI,” Mr. Pham An Thien noted, adding that “there is no such thing as AI replacing humans, only valuable people replacing less valuable people.”
