According to the new appointment decision, Mr. Collin Richard Dinn, Director of Information Technology and Digital Transformation Division, Vietcombank Headquarters, holds the position of Director of Transformation Division and concurrently holds the position of Permanent Member of the Implementation Board for the establishment of the Transformation Office - Vietcombank Headquarters.

Mr. Tran Thanh Nam, Director of Operations and Director of Innovation - Vietcombank Headquarters, holds the position of Director of Information Technology and Digital Transformation and Director of Innovation - Vietcombank Headquarters from November 15, 2023.

Vietcombank's Board of Directors has assigned and appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Van, Director of Vietcombank Hanoi Branch, to hold the position of Director of Legal and Compliance Division - Vietcombank Head Office from November 15, 2023.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Quang Dung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietcombank congratulated the individuals trusted by the Board of Directors of Vietcombank to mobilize and appoint to the positions of Directors of the Bloc in the ceremony to announce the decision and assign specific tasks to each Director of the Bloc.
