The case of an elementary school teacher 'accused' of being dragged out to the school yard by a father and son: Disciplining the two teachers

The Department of Education and Training of Nha Trang City (Khanh Hoa) has asked two teachers at Vinh Phuoc 1 Primary School to write self-criticisms regarding conflicts in borrowing money, leading to unfortunate events.

On February 20, Mr. Cao Dinh Trung - Head of the Department of Education and Training of Nha Trang City - said that this unit had the results of handling the case of an elementary school teacher "accused" of being dragged out to the school yard by a father and son and having her shirt torn.

Previously, Tuoi Tre Online reported the incident that teacher NTMK at Vinh Phuoc 1 Primary School (Nha Trang City) reported on December 23, 2024, when she was teaching in class, the husband and son of a teacher named M. (54 years old, living in Nha Trang City, teaching at the same school) rushed in, dragged her out to the school yard, grabbed her neck, and tore her shirt.

Mr. Trung said that when the authorities worked and confirmed from all sides, it was not the shirt that was torn, but during the pushing, Ms. K.'s shirt button was popped out.

"Nha Trang City Police are continuing to work to properly handle the father and son who broke into Vinh Phuoc 1 Primary School," said Mr. Trung.

Regarding the two teachers, Mr. Trung said that the Nha Trang City Department of Education and Training had asked them to write a self-criticism and the two teachers also realized that their inappropriate behavior had damaged the school's reputation.

"In fact, the two teachers voluntarily agreed to borrow money, but the family of the teacher who lent the money got impatient, which led to an unfortunate incident. We did not suspend the teaching of these two teachers, and they are now back to work as usual," said Mr. Trung.

According to Mr. Trung, after the incident, the Department of Education and Training of Nha Trang City requested Vinh Phuoc 1 Primary School (Vinh Phuoc Ward, Nha Trang City) to thoroughly grasp and rectify school security work, not allowing strangers to enter and exit the school without permission.

Rectify and strictly handle the organization of playing rotating savings and credit association games and borrowing money with interest in the entire school.
