Within the framework of Dong Nai Province Culinary Festival 2025, on August 20, the UNESCO Center for Vietnamese Culinary Culture recognized the record for the largest puffed cashew sticky rice in Vietnam.
Fried sticky rice with cashew nuts is a wonderful combination of fragrant sticky rice from the old Dong Nai and fatty, crispy cashew nuts from Binh Phuoc . This is not only a dish, but also a symbol of the spirit of convergence - connection and development of the new Dong Nai, together creating proud common culinary and tourism values in the new period./.
