At the meeting, Mr. Kim Jun Ho and Professor Rino Choi thanked the warm and open reception of the departments and branches of Bac Ninh province; at the same time, briefly introduced the enterprise, Korean semiconductor human resource development policies, experience in training high-quality human resources as well as specialized training models in this field.

Business representatives wish to cooperate with Bac Ninh province in researching and implementing scientific topics and solutions for developing semiconductor human resources, contributing to making Bac Ninh become the semiconductor industrial center of Vietnam and the region.

Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Le Xuan Tam highlighted the strengths of Bac Ninh province in developing the electronics, high-tech and semiconductor industries. At the same time, he said that the province has been implementing many support policies and orientations to attract investment.
Currently, Bac Ninh province has 33 industrial parks with a total area of 10,171 hectares and 93 industrial clusters with a total area of 3,497 hectares. The presence of many large corporations and modern production technology has contributed to changing the structure of industrial products in the province.
He affirmed that in the coming time, Bac Ninh province aims to develop comprehensively in both quality and quantity in the semiconductor industry; highly appreciated the experience and cooperation program of Letuin Korea and Letuin High-tech Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The Department of Science and Technology will coordinate with the Korean Business Association in Vietnam and enterprises to develop a plan to implement the cooperation program. Regarding the enterprise's proposal, the Department will advise the Provincial People's Committee to implement the science and technology task by the end of 2025 or early 2026, on the basis of the cooperation memorandum between the Provincial People's Committee and the Korean Business Association in Vietnam, ensuring progress and efficiency.
