Currently, local authorities maintain 24/7 duty, regularly monitor river water level developments, prepare response plans, resolutely prevent unexpected situations from occurring, and protect people's lives and property.
* The flood on the river rose high, causing the dike on the right side of Cau at K36+600, Lac Trung village, Yen Trung commune to collapse on the dike slope on the field side with a landslide arc length of 15m, eating into the dike slope from 0.7-1m.
On the afternoon and night of October 1, the Irrigation Department directed the Dyke Management Unit No. 1 to coordinate with the Yen Trung Commune authorities to urgently mobilize forces, materials, and equipment to fix the problem. At the foot of the landslide, the forces reinforced it by driving bamboo stakes and covering it with earthen sacks.
