Towards the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Party Committee, government and people in the province have been actively implementing many practical projects. These are not only projects of political significance but also contribute directly to improving people's lives, creating momentum for socio-economic development, affirming the people's steadfast trust in the leadership of the Party.

From the province to the communes and wards, it is easy to see that the urban and rural landscape is changing every day with many roads being urgently completed, opening up new development spaces, creating momentum to promote trade and services, contributing to the beautification of civilized and modern urban areas.

Giap Trung Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities has been renovated.

From models of lighting up rural roads in remote communes; the movement of building flower roads and tree-lined roads in residential areas, to key projects on traffic infrastructure, health, education , tourism... All are for the goal of improving the material and spiritual life of the people, creating a new momentum in building the homeland of Tuyen Quang to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

Mr. Thao Cho Sau, Kep B village, Minh Son commune shared: Towards welcoming the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, from the propaganda work of the local Party Committee and government, I and the local people have been renovating village roads, alleys, cleaning the environment, dredging canals, repairing residential roads... Although these are not big tasks, they show the affection, belief, and expectation for the success of the Provincial Party Congress of me personally in particular as well as the people of all ethnic groups in the province in general.

Closely linked to the urgent needs of the people

Realizing the role and political and social significance of the works to welcome the Congress, the Party Committees and authorities at all levels in the province clearly defined the motto "the works must be truly practical and effective, avoiding ostentation and formality". Therefore, many projects and works were selected in line with the urgent needs of the people, creating a premise for sustainable development.

The project to repair the classrooms of Giap Trung Primary Boarding School was selected by the Party Committee of Giap Trung commune as a project to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, with a total investment of over 3,540 million VND. The project is a civil construction type, including the following items: Renovation of a 2-storey, 7-room classroom; construction of a new 10-room bathroom; construction of a new toilet for students; construction of a new kitchen for teachers and many other auxiliary items. During the construction process, the project was closely supervised technically to ensure quality, technique, aesthetics and construction progress. Currently, the project has been completed and put into use, becoming an important highlight in improving the quality of teaching and learning at the school, creating a spacious and safe learning environment for students in remote areas.

The project to repair the office building, the cultural house building, and the Bach Xa Commune Public Administration Center includes the following items: Dismantling, renovating, and installing the entire electrical system, completing the water pipe system for the cultural house; installing plasterboard partitions and painting beams and columns of the office building; installing essential equipment for the Public Administration Service Center... This is a practical project of the Binh Xa Commune Party Committee to welcome the Provincial Party Congress. The completed project has important significance in consolidating the grassroots government, improving the effectiveness of state management; improving the operation and management of the commune government; creating favorable conditions for people to come and handle administrative procedures, contributing to the good implementation of the motto "government serving the people".

With the enthusiastic competitive spirit and the works to welcome the Provincial Party Congress that have been and are being completed, it is the most meaningful and practical welcome that cadres, party members and people of all ethnic groups in the province send to the Provincial Party Congress; affirming the determination to accompany the Party and State to build the homeland of Tuyen Quang to become increasingly developed, prosperous and civilized.
