On the afternoon of November 3, comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended a meeting at Party Cell 8, Khanh Thien Commune Party Committee, Yen Khanh District. Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, leaders of Yen Khanh District, and Khanh Thien Commune.

With 32 party members, over the years, Party Cell 8 has always affirmed and promoted its role as a political nucleus, a bridge between the Party and the People, leading and directing cadres, party members and people in residential areas to excellently complete all tasks set forth by the Party Committee, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party at the grassroots level, consolidating the people's trust in the Party and the government.

Every year, the Party Cell is always classified as having completed its tasks well and excellently. The percentage of Party members classified as having completed their tasks well is 85% or higher. Since the beginning of the term, the Party Cell has admitted 4 new Party members, exceeding the target set by the Social Party Committee.

Accordingly, in October, the village Party cell and Party cell focused on leading, directing, and organizing the successful implementation of all local political tasks. The focus was on doing well the political and ideological work, propaganda, and mobilizing people to effectively carry out emulation movements; completing the harvest of the winter-spring rice crop, implementing the 2023 winter-spring crop production plan to ensure the time frame; propagating the implementation of the Law on Military Service; mobilizing people to do well the work of land acquisition, site clearance, facilitating the implementation of the Khanh Loi Industrial Cluster Project; effectively maintaining and improving the quality of the model new rural residential area...

The meeting heard many opinions of party members on the results of the Party Cell's implementation of tasks in October and the key tasks in November. At the same time, party members also expressed their wish that all levels and sectors pay attention and create favorable conditions in terms of facilities, regimes and policies for the team of communal cadres, civil servants, and non-professional cadres in villages and hamlets when implementing the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units; pay attention to ensuring environmental sanitation at Khanh Loi Industrial Cluster when it comes into operation; support facilities to build smart villages, meeting new requirements for building model new rural areas...

Speaking at the meeting of Party Cell 8, Provincial Party Secretary Doan Minh Huan highly appreciated the preparation and organization of Party activities, ensuring seriousness and compliance with Party Cell regulations, and the democratic and constructive contributions of Party members.

Acknowledging and congratulating the achievements of Party Cell 8 in the past time, the Provincial Party Secretary also informed the Party members of some outstanding results in the work of building the political system, socio-economic development of the province, major policies and orientations in industrial development, transport infrastructure, tourism development and new rural construction, and building the "Heritage Capital" Urban Area.

The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that in the coming time, Party Cell 8 should continue to propagate and mobilize people of all walks of life to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and patriotic emulation movements; improve the people's cultural and spiritual life. Grasp the ideological situation of party members and the people's needs and aspirations to promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles. Pay attention to sustainable poverty reduction; propagate and mobilize people to change their habits in agricultural production, towards organic and safe agricultural production; deploy synchronous solutions to ensure the recruitment of sufficient number of party members and improve their quality; build points and gradually replicate many good models and new ways of doing things in all fields, ensuring effectiveness and substance, contributing to improving the criteria in building a model new rural area.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested Party Cell 8 to focus on leadership and consolidate the Party Cell to become increasingly clean and strong, maintain solidarity, unity and democracy within the Party; truly become the political nucleus leading the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State and local laws and policies.
