Dong Nai has 18 more excellent doctors

(DN)- President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Luong Cuong signed Decision No. 1130/QD-CTN dated June 24, 2025 on awarding the title of Meritorious Physician to 62 individuals. Of which, Dong Nai province has 18 individuals.

Specifically, Dong Nai General Hospital has 6 individuals including: specialist doctors II Dao Nguyen Minh Chau, Le Duc Nhan, Le Van Thong Nhat, Nguyen Dinh Quang, Duong Tan Tho and nursing master Cao Thi Hai Yen.

Thong Nhat General Hospital has 3 individuals including: Dr. Dang Ngoc Quy Hue, Specialist II Nguyen Tuong Quang, Specialist II Nguyen Son.

Dong Nai Children's Hospital has two individuals: Specialist II Doctor Pham Thi Thu Thuy and Specialist I Doctor Tran Thi Bich Phuong.

The remaining 7 individuals include: Dr. Nguyen Hong Quang, Principal of Dong Nai Medical College; Specialist Doctor I Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc, former Head of Department of Trang Bom Regional Medical Center; Specialist Doctor I Pham Thanh Hai, Deputy Director of Long Thanh Regional Medical Center; Specialist Doctor I Bui Quang Tan, former Deputy Director of Vinh Cuu Regional Medical Center; Specialist Doctor I Nguyen Phuoc Tuong, former Head of Department of Vinh Cuu Regional Medical Center.

Pharmacist Nguyen Duc Thu, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Province Traditional Medicine Hospital, and Doctor Le Vinh Thinh, Head of Long Thanh Regional Health Department, were also awarded this noble title.

Meritorious Physician is a noble title that the State bestows on those working in the health sector. They are doctors, pharmacists, physicians, traditional medicine practitioners who work in medical examination and treatment, pharmaceutical production, medical research, disease prevention and hygiene, and health management staff with outstanding achievements, making many contributions to the development of the health sector and the work of protecting, caring for, and improving people's health.
