During the 4-day September 2nd holiday, Dong Thap welcomed over 108,000 visitors. The provincial museum, Go Thap relic site, and Xeo Quyt relic site were bustling with young people checking in.

According to statistics from the Tourism Management Department, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dong Thap, during the 4-day September 2 holiday, the province welcomed over 108,000 visitors, including nearly 7,000 international visitors, up 5.8% over the same period. Total tourism revenue reached 38.8 billion VND, up 8.7% over the same period.

Some destinations of Dong Thap that attract many tourists are: Phuong Nam Cultural Tourism Area, Xeo Quyt Relic Site, Provincial Museum, Go Thap Relic Site, Tram Chim National Park, Thoi Son Islet Tourist Area, Tan Thanh Sea Tourist Area, Dong Tam Snake Farm...

On this occasion, many young people and families chose Dong Thap Provincial Museum to visit and take souvenir photos to mark the 80th anniversary, making the space here bustling, with the number of visitors increasing compared to normal days.

In addition, historical relic sites such as Go Thap and Xeo Quyt are also popular with tourists, attracting nearly 10,000 visitors. Tan Thuan Dong rural market in Cao Lanh ward welcomed nearly 5,000 visitors in just one market session on August 30.
