The conference was held online and in person, chaired by Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Lam Hai Giang at the Provincial People's Committee Office, with the participation of representatives of leaders of departments, branches and accompanying telecommunications and information technology enterprises.
The Provincial People's Committee Office deployed in-depth training on the operation of the VNPT iGate system in Gia Lai province, including instructions on the list of tasks to ensure smooth operation; skills in using the system to receive, process, approve and return results of administrative procedures; monitor and manage the process of handling records; business processes for electronic authentication and processing of land records of people and businesses.
In his directive speech, Vice Chairman of Lam Hai Giang Provincial People's Committee requested localities to soon stabilize their organizations, complete internal procedures, and establish an effective electronic monitoring system for handling records. Communes and wards need to rearrange locations and equipment in accordance with the two-level local government model, and increase digitalization to increase the rate of reusing records, creating more convenience for people and businesses.
The provincial leaders also requested units to promptly report difficulties in the implementation process so that the Provincial People's Committee can promptly resolve them, ensuring the goal of administrative reform and better serving the needs of the people.
