Hanoi partially adjusts the planning of Nam An Khanh urban area

(Dan Tri) - Hanoi has adjusted down the indicators of land area, construction area, construction density, building height and apartment floor area in Nam An Khanh urban area and the extension - area B.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision 6751 on approving the Local Adjustment of the Detailed Planning of Nam An Khanh Urban Area and its extension - Area B, scale 1/500 at the planning land plot coded HH2D and traffic land coded GT, in Nam An Khanh urban area, Hoai Duc district.

Accordingly, the land area adjusted for planning is approximately more than 23,900m2. The adjusted content, regarding the master plan of land use, organization of landscape architecture space, maintaining the land use function, population size, land use coefficient according to the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 approved in Decision 2796 dated June 17, 2011 of the Hanoi People's Committee.

At the same time, adjust down the indicators of land area, construction area, construction density, building height and apartment floor area. Adjust up the commercial service floor area; adjust the layout, shape and architecture of the building.

Regarding technical infrastructure, the decision is to adjust the internal traffic network within the land to suit the organization of landscape architecture space within the land.

The decision also includes the content of not organizing traffic connection with the existing 13.5m wide road (2 lanes) built by Geleximco Group - Investment Joint Stock Company according to project area A - urban area on both sides of Le Trong Tan road.

The junction between the above-mentioned route and the internal road to the East of the planning area with symbol HH2D will be fenced and trees will be planted to ensure safety and aesthetics for the area.

The decision includes the addition of a parking bay in the south of the land adjacent to Nam An Khanh Street that has been invested in and built. In addition, 3 basement floors are added to serve parking and auxiliary technical needs, with a total construction floor area of ​​approximately 58,884m2.
