Completed demolition of assets in 7/7 land plots managed by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center

According to information from the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, by July 30, the unit had completed the demolition of construction works and assets in 7/7 land plots in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to manage, with a total land area of ​​nearly 120,000 square meters.

These are the lands managed and used by the following companies: Clipsal Vietnam, Lenex, Dong Nai Electricity, Sonadezi, Ton Phuong Nam, Dona NewTower and Vietnam Copper Wire CFT. The Provincial People's Committee has decided to reclaim land from most of these companies from 2017 to 2020. Among them, some companies voluntarily handed over land but still have assets on the land, the rest have had decisions to reclaim but continue to keep the land for production and warehouse use, refusing to hand it over to the State.

The demolition of construction works and assets on land is a compulsory land recovery measure for companies.

Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has a total land area of ​​over 330 hectares, of which about 329 hectares are being reclaimed by the province to implement the project of converting the industrial park's functions. The roadmap set by the province is to complete the site clearance of about 154 hectares of priority area before August 1, 2025 to start the Project of Building a new political - administrative center of the province and have a land fund for auction of land use rights.
