Quang Ninh students return to school after storm No. 3

In the mountainous district of Binh Lieu, 16/24 schools have welcomed students back to school. The schools have not been able to organize meals for students due to power and water outages. There are 8 schools in the area that have not been able to organize educational activities due to heavy damage... The only exception is Co To island district, where educational facilities on the island suffered heavy damage from storm No. 3 and have not yet been able to repair the damage to organize students to return to school.

Storm No. 3 made landfall in Quang Ninh province, causing heavy damage to schools in the province. Immediately after the storm dissipated, educational establishments promptly took steps to overcome the consequences; mobilized all forces and the support of parents to conduct general cleaning, clean up school grounds, collect garbage; at the same time, checked, inspected and ensured the safety of electricity and water systems; all minor damaged items were repaired.
