According to the announcement, the minimum score for admission based on the 2024 high school graduation exam results to the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology at the Northern training facility is from 22 points or higher, applied to three admission combinations A00, A01, D01.
For the Southern training facility, candidates must achieve 18 points or more, applicable to three admission groups A00, A01, D01.
In 2024, the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology will recruit 5,200 students for 22 majors and training programs, including three new majors and programs including public relations, game design and development, and Vietnam-Japan information technology.
The Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology reserves 50% of its total quota for high school graduation exam scores. In addition, combined admission (30% of total quota), admission based on the competency assessment scores of two national universities and the thinking assessment of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (20% of total quota).
Previously, the school also announced early admission scores based on the results of the capacity and thinking assessment exam.
The benchmark scores at Northern training facilities range from 22.83 to 28 points. Among them, the two majors with the highest benchmark scores are multimedia communications and computer science .
Last year, the highest standard score based on high school graduation exam scores to enter the academy was 26.59, for the Northern Information Technology major. Other majors in the North all had standard scores of 23.76 or higher.
At the Southern campus, the benchmark score fluctuated from 18 to 25.1, with the lowest being in control and automation engineering.
