Review personal responsibility in complying with instructions on purchasing from wrong sources and not organizing purchasing according to regulations: Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted, Le Thi Hong Gam Vocational Technical Education Center.

Review personal responsibility for not complying with the failure to ensure the components of the dossier for building socialized collection plans according to regulations as a basis for creating a 50% socialized funding source to purchase interactive boards in accordance with the policy of the City People's Committee at the time of project implementation: 66 units.

Criticize collectives and individuals for the improper preservation and use of equipment at some units, leading to damage, deterioration and ineffective use of many devices: 23 units.
