Comrade Thai Thanh Binh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee; Comrade Duong Mah Tiep - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of provincial and local agencies and units; veteran revolutionaries, former leaders of Chu Pah district (old) through the periods attended the congress.

Chu Pah commune was established on the basis of merging Hoa Phu commune, Nghia Hoa commune and Phu Hoa town (belonging to the old Chu Pah district).

During the past term, the commune basically completed the goals set out in the congress resolution. The economic structure shifted in the right direction; the economic growth rate reached 6.57%; the average income per capita reached 56 million VND/year; the multidimensional poverty rate decreased to 0.72%; the rate of people using clean water reached 99%. Up to now, 100% of villages, hamlets, and residential groups have party cells; 94.1% of village, hamlet, and residential group heads are party members; 94% of party members have completed their tasks well. Social culture has many positive changes, social security is guaranteed, and people's material and spiritual life is increasingly improved. National defense and security are guaranteed, political security and social order and safety are maintained.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", in the new term, the Party Committee of Chu Pah commune continues to build a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; promote democracy and the strength of great national unity; effectively exploit potentials and advantages for socio -economic development; determined to build a locality with comprehensive and sustainable development.

By 2030, Chu Pah Commune strives to achieve a production value growth rate of 7.9%; average income per capita of 75.6 million VND/year; reduce the multidimensional poverty rate to 0.15%; and the domestic solid waste collection rate of 84%.

Continue to maintain political security and social order and safety; reduce the annual crime rate by 5%; 100% of agencies and units meet safety standards for security and order; the locality gradually integrates and develops with other localities in the province.

Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Mah Tiep praised and congratulated the results of the Party Committee and People of Chu Pah commune achieved in the past term.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the new term Party Executive Committee of the commune to pay attention to effectively implementing the three key tasks and two breakthroughs set out by the Congress. At the same time, quickly stabilize the organization, continue to build and strengthen the great national unity bloc, and unify the entire Party Committee, this is an important and decisive task. Strive to build Chu Pah into a dynamic commune in the West of Gia Lai province.

In addition, the locality needs to promote its potential and strengths in conjunction with economic restructuring, sustainable development orientation, creating a premise for urban construction; increase focus on comprehensive digitalization of state management activities, connecting with national information systems and databases. Strengthen the building and rectification of the Party and a strong, streamlined and effective political system.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Chu Pah Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Chu Pah Commune Party Executive Committee consists of 28 comrades; Comrade Nguyen Huu Nguyen holds the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
