Infrastructure completion

Currently, the IT infrastructure system of the state agencies in Nui Thanh district is invested in a synchronous manner. 100% of the officials, civil servants, and public employees of the district-level agencies and units and officials and civil servants of 17/17 communes and towns are provided with computers to serve their work.

Currently, all state administrative agencies at district and commune levels use LAN, meeting the need for data exchange within the agency.

There are 3 telecommunications enterprises providing broadband fiber optic internet services for internet access and internet television for state administrative agencies, businesses and people in the district.

Currently, 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees from district to commune and town levels are provided with official email accounts to conduct work exchanges.

Along with the effective use of the online video conferencing system connected to 4 levels (Central - Provincial - District - Commune), the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district organized the deployment and put into operation the Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) system including 6 components with a total investment of more than 1.5 billion VND. The People's Committee of the district has drafted the Operation Unit and drafted the IOC Operation Regulations.

The District People's Committee actively directed agencies, units, and localities to coordinate with consulting units to integrate and build data, organize training sessions on how to use the functions of the IOC Center, and complete the system to synthesize, analyze, and exploit information and data to serve the direction and administration of the District People's Committee leaders, and improve the operational efficiency of state agencies.

Positive change

Currently, the electronic information portal of the district and 17/17 communes and towns operates regularly and promptly to propagate and disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies; update the database of legal documents and directive documents of the District People's Committee, provide full information and activities of the district to serve the needs of learning, exploiting and using information and data of cadres, civil servants, businesses and people; contribute to the publicization of administrative procedures, information transparency, and promote administrative reform.

Along with the use of digital signatures, the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district directed the district's One-Stop Shop, communes and towns to resolutely implement the settlement of administrative procedures through electronic one-stop shop software, contributing to publicity and transparency in the settlement of administrative procedures for people, individuals and organizations.

Mr. Huynh Van Cuong - Head of the Department of Culture and Information of Nui Thanh district said that recently, Nui Thanh has focused on promoting the propaganda of full-service public services and partial public services with many rich and diverse forms such as conferences, training, leaflets, videos , billboards... to create a change in people's awareness in handling administrative procedures in the electronic environment.

In particular, the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district has established a propaganda team for full public services and partial public services consisting of 37 cadres, civil servants and public employees.

The propaganda team builds plans, organizes propaganda on public services, assigns members to guide people, individuals, and organizations to implement online public services at the district One-Stop-Shop, achieving many important results. At the same time, the People's Committees of communes and towns establish propaganda teams on online public services at their level.

Along with that, Nui Thanh district promotes the implementation of online public services; online payment, electronic receipts, and digitization of input documents at the district's One-Stop Department.

According to Mr. Le Van Sinh - Chairman of Nui Thanh District People's Committee, although there are still some shortcomings and limitations, the direction and operation of administrative reform and digital transformation tasks, building and developing e-government and digital government have been directed promptly by the District People's Committee.

Effectively send and receive electronic documents between agencies and within each agency, unit, and locality; increase the use of digital certificates and digital signatures on electronic documents.

The number of applications submitted online by citizens is increasing; awareness among officials, civil servants and people is increasingly improved, and administrative reform has achieved many important results.

In particular, the work of building and developing e-government and digital government has clearly changed. Nui Thanh district is continuing to promote administrative reform, digital transformation, building and developing e-government and digital government in the coming time.
