Perform well the reception and return of administrative procedure results

Since the beginning of the year, the basic systems such as the Data Center, the electronic one-stop system, the electronic information portal, and the network infrastructure have been maintained in stable operation, ensuring information security, providing good support for the direction and administration work and serving the people and businesses in Thai Nguyen.

In Thai Nguyen , from January 2 to May 17, 2025, the authorities received 213 dossiers (of which 206 dossiers were received during the period, 7 dossiers were transferred from the previous period); 100% of dossiers were received online. Up to now, 196 dossiers have been resolved, of which: 135 dossiers were resolved before the deadline, 57 dossiers were resolved on time, 4 dossiers were overdue (3 dossiers were tested, 1 overdue dossier had an official letter of apology to the people). There are 17 dossiers that are still under processing.

In Bac Kan, the authorities received and resolved 19 administrative procedures, including 17 in the field of radiation and nuclear safety, and 2 related to registration of results of scientific and technological tasks; 100% of the records were resolved on time and before the deadline.

Maintaining the activities of receiving and returning administrative procedure results contributes to increasing people's satisfaction and strengthening administrative discipline and order.
